The founding director of WA Finance, Greg Border, has enjoyed a career in the financial services industry spanning 31 years, with the last 14 years working in the WA market. The experience Greg has attained is the result of a number of management positions held during this period within the banking, finance, and vehicle industries. During his career he has personally either approved as a Lender or arranged as a broker in excess of $900 million in chattel loans.
WA Finance is all about building a "Niche Loan Service" reliant upon customer loyalty. Greg posseses an unrelenting motivation to manage the company on a day to day basis ensuring that all company service and target objectives are maintained.
WA Finance's business practices are guided by two basic rules:
- Ensure that we do the right thing by every customer, then our Customers will refer business back to WA Finance.
- Work with out financiers and not for our financiers. We want our business partners to achieve their financial targets and objectives and when you live this rule, trust becomes a key focus of the business relationship.
The outcome of this work ethic has and remains very gratifying in that, yes, our customer retention levels are exceptional, our referral rates are significantly higher than market standards, and in relation to our business partners, we enjoy a 99% acceptance rate of all Clients loan propositions.
